Microsoft Office Word Basics 2007
In this workshop, you will learn the basics to create, edit, and print simple documents in Microsoft Word 2007.  Learn about menu bars, toolbars, cutting & pasting, and help function.  Also, you will learn to save and retrieve your documents, as well as additional skills and tips for using the Word program.  Participants must have basic PC, mouse and keyboarding skills.

Computer Basics
 In this workshop, we will be using wireless laptop to navigate keyboard and mouse usage.  We will cover basic skills like mouse click usage and identifying key icons on the desktop.

Microsoft Office PowerPoint Basics 2007
Power Point is presentation software that allows input text and images in a slide.  In this workshop you will create a simple presentation slide using Microsoft's PowerPoint 2007.  Participants must have taken Word Basic and with working in the Windows environment.

Introduction to the Internet
This workshop is for Web "newbies."  We will define and discuss browsers, go over Web addresses, and discuss Web search engines.  Participants should be familiar with using a mouse and with working in Windows environment.

Excel is a spreadsheet program that allows you to organize data, complete calculations, and create graphs.  In this workshop you will create a simple worksheet using Microsoft's Excel 2007.  Participants must be comfortable with working in the Windows environment and basic knowledge of word processing programs is also helpful.

Microsoft Office Excel II (2007)
This workshop serves as a follow up to the introductory class.  After a review of the Excel I, we will go on to discuss writing formulas, modifying a spreadsheet, and creating charts and graphs.
Participant must have taken the Excel I.  Registration preference is given to those who attend the Excel I.
