Annie Mitchell Papers, 1902-1929

ABSTRACT:
The Annie Mitchell collection contains record books from when Mitchell was teaching at Dickson Elementary School in Kingsport, Tennessee and two invitations to attend college commencements.  Mitchell’s record books contain lists of students along with their daily attendance.  These records are not comprehensive.  In addition, Mitchell wrote down the addresses of her students in the book from c. 1927-29.
