ABSTRACT:
This collection consists of a twenty-seven page report released by the City of Kingsport for fiscal year 1974-1975.  The report provides general information on the council manager form of government, existing Board of Mayor and Aldermen members, and how tax dollars were spent along with descriptions of city departments with member names of those serving on various boards and commissions.  A list of planned bicentennial events can be found on page twenty five.
