ABSTRACT
The Eleanor Smith Ford Postcard Collection consists of two postcards showing views of Kingsport, Tennessee taken sometime between the late 1930s and the late 1940s. Both images were photographed by Richard Alvey and published by Charles Gregory “Greg” Smith, Eleanor’s father. The first image is an aerial view of Kingsport looking to the northwest. The second postcard shows a view of Broad Street looking towards Church Circle.
