KC Manuscript Collection 233
The Julia Pierce Scrapbook contains Kingsport newspaper clippings, most in a scrapbook and some larger newspaper portions outside of the scrapbook. While the majority of the clippings discuss the conflict from a global standpoint, there are a few articles on local news discussing subjects ranging from the price of eggs to new medicines.
There are no restrictions on use of this collection for research purposes. The researcher assumes full responsibility for observing all copyright, property, and libel laws as they apply.
