ABSTRACT:
The Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States collection consists of one citation of merit awarded to the United States Naval Reserve Corp of Kingsport, Tennessee.  The Corp was given the recognition for “outstanding services to our community and to State of Virginia, Welfare Work.”  The citation is signed by the president of the Charles Dewitt Byrd Auxiliary #3382 based in Kingsport.
