This collection contains 2 framed certificates from Governor Don Sundquist to Mayor Jeanette Blazier. One certificate is a certificate of appreciation, dated December 1, 1999. The other certificate refers to the appointment of Blazier as a member of the Workforce Development Board, dated May 18, 2000.
