ABSTRACT:
This collection consists of a personal memoir entitled “A Memoir: The Genesis of Varsity Golf in my Days at East Tennessee State College 50 Years Ago,”  written by former Kingsport, Tennessee  resident Robert D. Jordan in June 1998.  The work details his golfing activities while at East Tennessee State College in Johnson City, Tennessee during the 1940s and 1950s.
