KC Manuscript Collection 43

ABSTRACT:
The Rollins Family (Margaret, Charles, and children) collection consists of a few scrapbook pages, a cookbook from the Elizabethton Women’s Club, a 1940 election ballot with voter’s guide, clippings, photographs, and a recital program of Katharine Rollins.  One undated photograph of note shows the Rotherwood Factory taken sometime after its closing in 1907.  Family materials include images of the Rollins Family home at 1401 Sullivan Street in Kingsport, Tennessee, clippings about the family’s move to Virginia (although they actually moved to Louisiana), and goodbye messages from their close friends.
