How Do I Get a Library Card?If you are 18 or over, you can submit an application online or come to the library. There is no annual fee for having a card and you do not have to be a City of Kingsport resident to obtain one. Click Here to Submit Online Application
If you are younger than 18, you must apply in person at the library with your parent or legal guardian who will sign your application.
Teen Advisory Group
Join the Teen Advisory Group and participate in an important community program for grades 6 through 12. TAG members get to meet routinely and participate in fund activities, as well as discuss, plan, help promote and participate in library programs. They also help select library materials.
