ABSTRACT:
The collection contains reports published by the City of Kingsport.  Reports include information on civic improvements, urban planning, the financial condition of the city, and some demographic information.  The collection also includes two dedication programs for Frank L. Cloud Homes, dedicated on 14 June 1952.
