Steve Backer and Mary Alice Hord getting into the Backer Brothers Flowers Car after their wedding. Steve Backer owned Backer Brothers Flowers with his brother D.W.”Watt” Backer. The shop was located on East Charlemont Avenue at the corner of Watauga Street.
