ABSTRACT:
The Reservoir Road Ruritan Club collection consists of one official charter dated 19 January 1962.  The charter was signed by twenty-six members from around Kingsport, Tennessee.  Included are actual signatures by the Ruritan National President and Secretary.  The charter measures approximately 12 x 14 ½ inches and bears a golden Ruritan National seal.  Ruritan National began in 1928.
