BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL NOTE

 

Harding & Cogswell, Inc. were fabricators of Indiana limestone and located in Ellettsville, Indiana. The company discontinued operations in 1998. The remodel of the public library in Kingsport, known at the time as the J. Fred Johnson Memorial Library, was overseen by Armstrong Construction Co., general contractor, and Allen Dryden, architect.
