Preschool Storytime for Ages 3-5 years are on Tuesdays at 10;30 a.m., as follows:

January 6: “Critter Fun!”

Start the New Year with animal stories!

January 13: “Pajama Party Under the Stars”

Keep your PJs on this morning and snuggle with your favorite blanket or Teddy as we listen to night time stories.

January 20: “Soup’s On!”

Keep warm today as we serve up stories about soup. After listening to stories we will make a bowl of alphabet soup!

January 27: “Oh the weather outside is frightful”

Let is snow! We’ll cuddle up at the library with good books about winter. Afterwards, we’ll make a snowman craft.

February 3: “Kingsport Theatre Guild”

Join us today as Kingsport Theatre Guild presents “Alice in Wonderland.”

February 10: “Happy Valentine’s Day!”

Enjoy the warmth of Valentine’s Day as we share stories and songs. You may create a valentine for someone special. Parents are invited to bring an age-appropriate snack to share.

February 17: “Dog Loves Books”

Today we will have a tail-wagging good time as we listen to stories about dogs.

February 24: “D is for Dinosaur”

Join us today as we dig up some “dino-mite” stories. Then you can make your own dinosaur craft!

March 3: “Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!”

Today we’ll honor Dr. Seuss and celebrate everyone’s birthday with stories.

March 10: “I Spy with My Little Eye”

Join us today as we have fun “spying” all kinds of animals in our stories today.

March 17: “Go Green!”

Come wearin’ the green today and we’ll have stories about all things green.

March 24: “Spring Fling”

Spring has arrived! Put a happy feeling in your heart as we read about this wonderful time of year.

March 31: “An ‘Eggstraordinary’ Storytime and Egg Hunt”

Bring your basket and hop on over to the library for some stories, followed by an egg hunt.

Time for Two’s Storytimes for Ages 24-36 months are on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m., as follows:

December 18: “Christmas Party!”

Today we will have a special visitor and after storytime we will have a Christmas party!

January 8: “Critter Fun!”

Start the New Year out with romping and stomping animal stories. Afterwards you can make a penguin craft.

January 15: Pajama Party Under the Stars

We will read about the very hungry  caterpillar today and then we will make a butterfly craft.
