SCOPE AND CONTENT:

The Scott Files collection contains various documents collected by James (Jim) A. Scott, a member of the Kingsport Retired Teachers’ Association.  Information on the Kingsport Retired Teachers’ Association includes newsletters, meeting minutes, miscellaneous correspondence, yearbooks, and membership lists.  There are also photographs of members at various meetings.

In addition, there is information on the C.K. Koffman/ LeRoy Sprankle Scholarship Fund and various documents (annuals, rosters, schedules, photographs and handbooks) from RossN.RobinsonMiddle School.  Also there are several issues of the Dobyns-BennettHigh School newspaper, The Indian Tribune.
